We would like to update you on the current plans for Q-Turn 2020 in face of the coronavirus outbreak.
The mission of Q-Turn is to deliver a high-quality international scientific event fostering equality, diversity and inclusion in our community. Such an event requires a huge amount of planning and therefore, due to the ongoing uncertainty around coronavirus, the Q-Turn organizing committee has decided that Q-Turn 2020 will be held as an online event with an international focus.
Whilst the final format will be confirmed over the coming months in line with the global situation, we are confident that an online platform can provide an equally engaging, inclusive, and diverse event.
We would like to thank our sponsors who have continued to show support for the conference in this new format. This support means that we are able to provide the event free of charge for all. We also anticipate that there will be opportunities for extra support for those that need it to attend the conference, details of which will be announced in the coming weeks and months.
