Report on Code of Conduct Violation

The Q-Turn organizing committee is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for every participant. This form is provided for individuals who have experienced or witnessed behaviour that violates our code of conduct.

Please complete the form to the best of your ability. The main organizers of Q-Turn 2020 are committed to a fast and thorough response to any claims of harassing or discriminatory behaviour and support for the complainant(s); 

The submitted forms are regularly monitored by the main organizers during the workshop hours. If you prefer to contact a specific member of the organization team, you are welcome to directly email them, but note that in this case, an immediate response may not be possible.


Please, include “Q-TURN 2020 Code of Conduct violation” in the subject of your email. This will let us more easily identify your email and reduce the chance of your email being missed or sent to a spam folder.

“Complainant” means the conference attendee, organizer, or tech team member who experienced harassment or discrimination.
“Respondent” means the conference attendee, organizer, or tech team member who committed the reported behavior.
